In order to avail the benefits of Physioline treatment on time, we require you to do the booking of slot well in time.
Physioline follows a complete slot booking process wherein one particular slot is assigned for each patient. Slots are reserved for the patients on the first cum first serve basis.
Advance slot booking is mandatory for all the patients.
The booking of slots can be done in one of the following ways:-
- Over the Phone
- Through Email
- Personal Visit.
CONFIRMATION OF SLOT
The slots will be reserved and confirmed only on acceptance of all the reports, scans and 50% of the complete treatment charges by Physioline. The payments can be made to Physioline by means of cash, cheque or card.
